Inside Dhaka

• Up to 1 kg: ৳80
• Each additional 800gm: +৳20

Outside Dhaka

• Up to 1 kg: ৳150
• Each additional 800gm: +৳20
• Approximate shipping charges are also displayed on major category products.

Note-1: Final delivery charges are calculated based on the delivery location and parcel weight.

Note-2: Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to third-party factors such as adverse weather, remote delivery locations, rider shortages, or incorrect/incomplete delivery information or wrong processing

Advance Payment

• Advance payment is accepted via bKash with cashout charges for any order. (bKash/Nagad – Personal Number: 01761248427 Please use the “Send Money” option via bKash or Nagad. 📩 After payment, kindly confirm: Paid Amount with Last 3 digits and order number via Facebook messengers.
  Required for selected gift sets and special orders.

Flexible Return & Refund Policy

• Return instantly, at the time of delivery
• Returns or exchanges are not accepted for baby food, diapers, electrical items, cloth materials, And products that have been installed, opened, or used by the customer
• Personal care products not return (creams, lotions, diapers, wipes, etc.) once packaging is opened. Products recalled by the manufacturer or brand after delivery are not eligible for return or refund through DCC Bazar

Shipping Charges

• If the return or exchange is due to an error by DCC Bazar (wrong, damaged, or defective product), DCC Bazar will bear all applicable shipping and return costs.
• If the return is due to a change of mind, incorrect order, or customer-related reason, the customer is responsible for all delivery, return, and exchange charges.

Missing Items

Please check your order at the time of delivery. If any item is missing, notify us immediately. After verification, DCC Bazar will refund the missing item’s value or provide a suitable resolution in consultation with the customer

Same-Day Delivery inside Dhaka only

DCC Bazar offers Same-Day Delivery under the following conditions:

• Available inside Dhaka only on business days.
• Delivery time: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM. Delivery by third party currier agencies  
• Orders must be placed by 10:00 AM and confirmed by our team via Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp.
• Subject to product availability and order confirmation.
• Delivery charge: ৳150–৳300, depending on the delivery area, parcel size, and weight.
• Available only in selected areas of Dhaka City.
• Service depends on the coverage and availability of our third-party delivery partner.
• Once Same-Day Delivery processing begins, the order cannot be cancelled, modified, or returned.
