Haakaa Generation 2 Silicone Breast Pump Description
The Haakaa Generation 2 Silicone Breast Pump revolutionizes milk collection for breastfeeding mothers across the globe. Created in New Zealand, this ingenious manual pump uses natural ambient suction to extract milk or collect liquid gold let-down from the non-nursing breast, preventing precious breast milk from being wasted into nursing pads.
Crafted entirely from single-piece medical-grade silicone, the Haakaa pump eliminates tubes, cords, and multi-part valves. The Generation 2 upgrade includes an expanded suction base that grips securely onto tabletops and countertops, providing peace of mind against accidental knockovers.
Operating without electricity or batteries, the Haakaa pump is completely silent, making it discreet for midnight nursery sessions, workplace expression, or long road trips. Its soft, flexible flange contours comfortably to diverse breast shapes and sizes without pinching or friction.
How to Use: Sterilize pump prior to use. Invert the flange, squeeze the lower bulb of the pump, position the flange centrally over the nipple, and release. The gentle vacuum adheres to the breast and initiates continuous passive expression. Transfer collected milk into storage containers after use.
Storage: Store in a clean, dry container away from direct sunlight.
Important: Wash and sterilize before and after each session. Check silicone integrity regularly.
