Aptamil Lactose Free Infant Milk Formula (400g, From Birth) is a nutritionally complete, medically specialized infant formula designed for the dietary management of infants with confirmed lactose intolerance or temporary lactase deficiency following gastroenteritis. Developed by Nutricia’s pediatric specialists, it ensures infants receive uninterrupted complete nutrition while easing tummy distress.
In infants recovering from acute stomach bugs or those born with lactase deficiency, lactose sugars cannot be broken down efficiently, fermenting in the bowel and causing painful cramps, gas, and watery stools. This formulation entirely eliminates lactose, replacing it with easily digestible glucose polymers that provide rapid energy without gastrointestinal irritation.
Fortified with vital fatty acids including DHA and ARA, along with comprehensive vitamins and minerals, it supports optimal brain, immune, and physical growth throughout treatment.
Sterilize bottle, teat, and cap. Boil fresh tap water and let cool for 30 minutes to approximately 40°C. Pour exact water into bottle, add level scoops of powder using the enclosed scoop, cap, and shake well until powder dissolves completely. Check temperature on wrist before feeding.
